Admissions
Welcome spectators, check tickets/credentials at admission gates and
hospitality suites, staff the Information/Lost & Found booth,
distribute daily pairing sheets, distribute programs, assist spectators
onto shuttles. (Tuesday, August 18 - Sunday, August 23)
Caddie Tent
Handle professional caddie registration, distribute and collect
caddie bibs. (Monday, August 17 - Sunday, August 23)
Pro-Am Caddie
Serve as a caddie for an amateur during the Olsen Family Vineyards
Pro-Am Championship Tuesday, Aug. 17. Volunteers on this committee will receive
a parking pass and a “Pro-Am Caddie” credential, good
for the entire tournament week. Please fill out and mail or fax
the caddie application form.
There is no fee associated with this position.

Facilities
Pre- and post-tournament assistance with on-course set-up, assist
with cart distribution, programs, and overall on-course operations
and maintenance during tournament. Assist with the set-up and break-down
of leader boards prior to and following tournament. Deliver necessary
supplies to various on-course locations. May be required to lift
heavy objects. (Saturday, August 15 - Sunday, August 23)
Laser Operation
Use laser equipment to “shoot” each ball in the fairway
and green providing data on ball position and distance. Must be
comfortable operating a mechanical device and using a two-way radio,
and be knowledgeable about golf. (Tuesday, August 17 -Thursday,
August 20 - Sunday, August 23)
Leader Boards
Operate on-course manual leader boards at various sites, including
the monster board, posting information from radio communication,
keeping gallery, pros and media apprised of leading scores. Must
have a thorough knowledge of golf. Climbing ladders and working
on elevated platforms may be necessary. (Thursday, August 20 - Sunday,
August 23)
Marshals
Ensure players are not disturbed during play, enforce crowd control
and golf etiquette among spectators at tees, greens, fairways and
hospitality areas. (Monday, August 16 - Sunday, August 23)
Practice Area
Manage and control the operation of the driving range, chipping
area and putting greens. (Monday, August 17 - Sunday, August 23)
Transportation
Receive, inventory and control the issuance of courtesy cars. Meet
players, PGA TOUR officials and VIP guests and assist them with
their transportation needs. As needed, drive shuttle vehicles between
hotels and the course for players' family members, PGA TOUR officials
and VIP guests. Must be over 21 years of age, have a valid driver's
license. Shift times for this committee will vary.

Standard Bearer
Volunteers on this
committee will receive a T-shirt and hat. Standard Bearers will
be assigned to a group of players for 18 holes of play and be responsible
for carrying a two-sided scoring standard, displaying the names
of the players in each group along with score totals. A Standard Bearer volunteer application
form can be downloaded here soon but only those with consent from the tournament staff will be eligible for this committee. (Thursday, August 20 - Sunday,
August 23)
Volunteer Headquarters
Manage Volunteer Headquarters (volunteer hospitality and check-in
area) and assist with shift check-in process for various committees.
Volunteers will also be needed to drive hospitality shuttles. Volunteers
on this committee may be asked to fill in at other positions on-course.
(Monday, August 16 - Sunday, August 23)
Walking Scorer
Record accurate hole-by-hole information and specific statistics
for each player in the group and transmit this information via handheld
computers. Must have a thorough knowledge of golf, be comfortable
working with handheld computers and talking on a radio. Ability
to walk 18 holes required. Volunteers on this committee are required
to work Tuesday, August 14 for the Pro-Am and, therefore, will be
unable to work as caddies for the Pro-Am. (Tuesday, August 17 and
Thursday, August 20 - Sunday, August 23)
