Q. Where can I buy tickets?

Q. Do I have to pay to park?
A. Parking is free on Tuesday and Wednesday. Parking is $5 per
day, Thursday through Sunday. Weekly public parking passes may be
purchased ahead of time at a discounted rate in certain ticket packages.

Q. Once I am at the tournament, what is the best
way to see the action?
A. You can either follow a group around the golf course or stay
on a particular hole and wait for the groups to come to you. Make
sure you pick up a Spectator Guide upon entering the golf tournament
so that you can keep track of where each group is on the golf course.
A general rule is to allow each group 15 minutes to play a hole.

Q. What is a Spectator Guide?
A. A Spectator Guide lists the professional pairings, starting times, starting hole, and includes a course map.

Q. May I bring a chair?
A. Folding chairs are not permitted, however, you are welcome to
bring a golf stool. Golf stools are available for purchase at the
merchandise pavilion at Crosswater Golf Club.

Q. May I bring a camera?
A. Camera' s will be allowed on Tuesday and Wednesday of tournament week. Camera's will not be allowed Thursday-Sunday of tournament week.

Q. May I bring a cell phone/pager?
A. Per PGA TOUR regulations, cell phones and pagers are not permitted
at any time. If you are observed using a cell phone, or your
cell phone is heard ringing, you will be asked to relinquish it. Your cell phone
may be retrieved at the tournament entrance upon your departure.

Q. May I bring a backpack, duffel bag, or cooler?
A. Backpacks, duffel bags and coolers are not allowed on the golf
course. You will be asked to return them to your car. A small handbag
is allowed.

Q. What is a Pro-Am?
A. A Pro-Am is a tournament in which both professionals and amateurs
play together as a team. Title sponsor of the Pro-Am portion of
the JELD-WEN Tradition is Olsen Family Vineyards. The
Olsen Family Vineyards Pro-Am takes place Tuesday, August 18, 2008.

Q. If it rains, will play continue?
A. Yes, unless there is a threat of lightning in the area. If that
is the case, the players will be evacuated and the gallery will
be asked to seek cover off the golf course. Watch for weather warnings
on the scoreboards.

Q. Will I be able to get autographs?
A. Players are not allowed to sign autographs during a competitive
round. Most professionals will sign autographs after play. Please
do not bring your memorabilia in backpacks, duffle bags or briefcases.
They are not allowed through the main gate.

Q. May I purchase food and beverages at the tournament?
A. Yes, concession stands are located throughout the golf course.
A variety of hot and cold food and drinks will be offered for purchase.
